That is &lt;strong&gt;5.7% fewer&lt;/strong&gt; than October 2024, but &lt;strong&gt;11.4% more&lt;/strong&gt; than September 2025.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p class="block-p"&gt;While sales slowed slightly year-over-year, things actually picked up nicely from September. Overall, we’re in a healthy, balanced market — which can be great news for both buyers and sellers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Single-Family Homes vs. Condos&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p class="block-p"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Single-family homes&lt;/strong&gt; remain strong: 350 sold this month, &lt;strong&gt;up 2.9%&lt;/strong&gt; compared to October 2024.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p class="block-p"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condominiums&lt;/strong&gt;, though, are cooling off: 159 units sold in October, &lt;strong&gt;down 15%&lt;/strong&gt; year over year.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h3&gt;What does this mean for you?&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p class="block-p"&gt;If you’re thinking of selling your home, this is encouraging — buyers are still very much out there and active.
